The United States Space force is a pivotal decision on behalf of the U.S. Government to see into the future and meet demands of the next generation of humanity.
The USSF is in its infancy, so don’t expect space flight to look anything like this quite yet:
But there are plans to ramp up this division of our defense force quickly. Let’s take a look at the budget for the USSF in 2020, and then 2021:

2021 - $15,382,100,000
The 2021 budget of the USSF alone ranks in the top 20 of all military budgets around the world. To put this in other terms, the USSF spending is more than the following countries spend on all of their military:

As we have seen, the U.S. Government means business with the USSF, and they are not alone. Other countries are also working towards dedicated space forces. The future influx of investment into space is coming and we are heading into one of the greatest expansions since the colonization of the Americas.
The question is where will this take us - what is the future of civilization in space?
To look into the future, we need to first look into the past. Consider the city you live in today. Basic necessities that have been developed will also need to be created in space over time. Everything from mapping of travel routes to building structures, to materials will need to be re-imagined for the environments of space.
Wherever we are headed, we are going to need people and technology to help us get there - that is where The Outer Rim Company is focusing our efforts. By making space transportation cheaper and easier to access, we look forward to helping countries around the world go to infinity and beyond.
